Jay Penske, the owner of an IndyCar racing operation and the son of auto racing mogul Roger Penske, was arrested early Thursday morning along with his brother Mark Penske for allegedly breaking into the Nantucket Yacht Club, according to the Nantucket Inquirer and Mirror.
