Required qualification and qualities:  – A graduate in sciences or humanities with a minimum of 3 years experience in retail sales/education.  – Must be a team player; willing to work on target based assignments.  – Must have good presentation sk:ills and communication skills

Specific Duties include but not limited to the following:  – Initiating and finalizing deals for the Centre.  – Initiating and finalizing Sales activities for the Centre. Active involvement in preparing the sales plan for the coming year / quarter / month / week.  – To review the sales regularly and improve on weaker areas constantly.  – Keep the Centre Manager informed about the collection on a daily basis  – Reviewing the target / achievement on a regular basis
