-Some experience of developing and publishing research

Scholarship Description: Based at King’s College’s Guy’s Campus, this post will investigate the utility and feasibility of integration of an established epidemiological phenotypic data base (South London Stroke Register) with routine primary and secondary care data (including imaging data), air pollution data and genomic data.The post will ideally provide an exciting opportunity for a medically-trained doctor, particularly in the disciplines of stroke medicine, General Practice or public health, to be trained in research skills and to develop a project that would contribute towards a PhD.The appointment will be made on the SpR Scale, plus £2,162 clinical London Allowance for Clinical Staff, or on the Grade 7 scale (currently £38,140 to £45,486), plus £2,323 London Allowance, per annum for Non-Clinical staff.
