The management of the University of Uyo (UniUYO) has confirmed that the second semester of the school kicks-off on July 2, 2012 as against July 9th that was rumoured.

The circular from the school registry gave a break down of the activities as shown below:
- School resumes 2nd July, 2012
- Lectures start 9th July, 2012

All outstanding School fees must be paid between two weeks of resumption after which there will be another grace of 2 weeks with additional N2000 as fine.
