Essential Responsibilities:   

•   Provide system, technical, functional and other support to users of Oracle, Navision and CCL, investigating issues experienced and resolving same Support the system providers in user acceptance testing

•   Provide support in the compilation and maintenance of system procedure manuals Maintain sub ledger period control including communication to teams

•   Manage GL period close and new period opening

•   Generate exception reports from the systems, clear invalids and unposted journals

Qualifications/Requirements:   

•   Bachelor’s degree majoring in Finance/Accounting or equivalent Professional accounting qualification (e.g. CPA, ACCA, ACA)

•   At least 5 years of relevant working experience in a fast-paced finance department, directly involved in operations

•   Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

•   Solid knowledge of ERP (e.g. Oracle, Navision) and finance operation processes and controls
