The Federal University Oye-Ekiti (FUOYE) has invited qualified members of the public to apply to her upcoming post UTME screening exercise.

FUOYE-Post UTME Guide Lines

STEP I

a) Make appropriate payment of N2000 + Bank Charges to Any Bank via the e-Tranzact Platform.
b) Obtain Receipt and Confirmation no as Issued by e-Tranzact.
c) Proceed to (Federal University Oye-Ekiti) and Click on Post UTME 2012
d) On the Post UTME portal, click on Post UTME Application from the Post UTME menu
e) Submit your receipt no and confirmation no obtained from the Bank unto the Post UTME Portal.
f) Fill in your Bio Data in all the fields. Pls Note ALL FIELDS MUST BE FILLED.
g) Submit and Print out a Validated Copy of the FILLED Bio Data Form.
h) CONTINUE TO BIO METRIC REGISTRATION.
i) Attach and upload IF BIOMETRIC HAD BEEN PREVIOUSLY DONE AND SAVED
j) IF NOT START THE BIO METRIC REGISTRATION
k) Capture your right hand thumb and left hand thumb.
l) Take a Snap Shot
m) Fill – in your Jamb Reg No and Exam No Obtained from the Validated Bio-Data Registration.
n) Click on UPLOAD and Wait for CONFIRMATION.
o) Upon CONFIRMATION Details PRINT OUT THE BIOMETRIC BADGE.

STEP 2 (From June 25th 2012)

p) Visit the (Federal University Oye-Ekiti) Website from the 25th JUNE 2012, Click on Post UTME Scheduler, Select an Exam Date, Time and Venue. Print Out details.

SAMPLE EXAM SCHEDULE DETAILS WILL BE POSTED ONLINE BY 25TH JUNE 2012.

STEP 3 (DAY OF EXAM)

q) BRING ALONG the PRINTED VALIDATED BIO-DATA FORM, BIOMETRIC BADGE and EXAM SCHEDULE DETAILS on SELECTED EXAM DATE.
r) ADMITANCE IS STRICTLY WITH THE 3 (THREE) PRINT OUTS. (VALIDATED BIO-DATA FORM, BIOMETRIC BADGE & EXAM SCHEDULE DETAILS).
s) Candidates Must Arrive ATLEAST 45minutes before commencement of e-Exams Proceed to SELECTED VENUE and SCHEDULED EXAM HALL.
t) Present SCHEDULED EXAM DETAILS TO SECURITY OFFICER UPON ARRIVAL AT SELECTED VENUE.
u) UPON ADMITANCE PROCEED TO ENTRANCE of EXAM HALL FOR BIOMETRIC VERIFICATION.
v) UPON SUCESSFUL BIOMETRIC VERIFICATION PROCEED TO EXAM HALL; TAKE AN AVAILABLE SEAT WAIT FOR FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS.
w) A 10 Minute Video Presentation will guide you through the e-Exam Process.
x) Login Using USER NAME: JAMB Reg No and Password: Exam No and Start e-Exams.
y) Computer Based e-Exam is 60 minutes Long with 50 Questions Drawn From Pre-Selected Subject.

After the Bank Payment, you are expected to complete these  TWO  important Registration Processes.;

The application will capture your Finger Print and your Picture. (You can go to a nearest cybercafe where biometric registration of FUOYE is being done)

Please read this important update if you are preparing for FUOYE Post-UTME screening exercise.

PRESS RELEASE: EXTENSION OF POST UTME REGISTRATION AND BIOMETRICS/ DATA CAPTURING EXERCISE TIME
 
The Federal University Oye-Ekiti has extended the period for its candidates’ registration and biometric data capturing for applicants seeking admission for the 2012/2013 academic session from Sunday June 24th to Saturday June 30th even as the earlier period expired on Sunday 24th of June. The Post UTME test period however still remains Monday 9th to Friday 20th July, 2012.

This decision is to provide equal opportunity for all the applicants who have chosen the Institution as their platform and could not for one reason or the other complete the biometric/profile update within the earlier stipulated period.

Eligible candidates are therefore encouraged to do everything possible to complete the process within this period of extension as no further day(s) shall be added thereafter. Candidates should also note that the only thumb scanning machine compatible with the software in the school website is the SECUGEN and no other one else; and where candidates still have problems accessing the thumb scanning machine, they may wish to complete the biometrics wherever they may be and come to Oye-Ekiti probably a day to the test to complete the scanning exercise in business centres on the mini campus of the Institution where the scanning machines are always available.

Those who have however completed the process should log on to the University Website for the time table for the test any time from 5th July, 2012. All candidates should adhere strictly to all instructions on the Post UTME exercise as no unnecessary complaints will be entertained on the day of the test.
