The scheme is designed to link HND holders and professionals in specific programmes listed hereunder with their Degree counterparts. it is non-residential and fully integrated with the full time programmes that are scheduled to participate in the scheme are:

DURATION OF PROGRAMMES
The Degree programmes listed above shall run for four semesters only. The programmes run on full time part time/distance learning models.
20-POINT OPERATION GUIDELINES FOR ALL B.Sc LINKAGE STUDENTS 2011/2012 ACADEMIC SESSION
1. Basic qualification for admission
o Five credits including English, Mathematics and other specific subjects relevant to course of study
o HND with a minimum of Lower Credit in Banking and Finance ,Accountancy, Computer Science, Marketing, Insurance, Mathematics, Statistic, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, ACA, ACCA, ACIB, ACIS, ACIN,ACIT.
2. Admission
o Admission process is on line. Apply online and print your admission letter online.
o Candidate may also obtain the hard copy of admission form from our office or centres.
3. Registration
o 1st semester Registration requires the physical presence of the student NOT on-line, you will be requested to present your credentials/document (were applicable) at the point of registration and evidence of payment to obtain validation of admission letter which would entitle you to proceed to “4” below.
4. Package due for collection on completion of Registration for the 1st semester

5. Status on registration
On successful registration, you become a bonafide student of Achievers University with all right and privileges.
6. Matriculation
You are eligible to robe and participate in the matriculation of new students for 2011/2012 session which comes up on 23rd February 2012

8. Interaction with course Tutors
For each of the courses register for this semester, have a personal interaction with the course Tutor in your chosen centre. Class interaction with the Course Tutors is mandatory. A minimum of 70% class attendance is required to be eligible to write examinations.
9. Continuous Assessment
The Course Lecturers assessment is based on assignment and mid-semester test which would account for 30% of your score for the semester.
10. 1st Semester Examination
The semester examination would hold as indicated in the Academic Calendar. All examinations shall hold at the premises of the university.
11. Semester Result
This would be released promptly as indicated in the Academic Calendar and be sent to you via email supplied in your registration forms.
12. Registration for 2nd semester
All students must register for 2nd semester courses online
13. Collection of Materials
After successful registration, you are entitled to collect all course materials from your chosen interaction centre.

18. Make – up Examination for 1st and 2nd semester failures
A two week time-table for make up examination would be released on line with the academic calendar. Student who failed any course are to take advantage of it by proper registering and participate in the examination.

20. Fees payment for the 2011/2012 Academic Session
There are three regimes of fees.
• Application form (free).
• Tuition fees per session N100, 000
• Acceptance fees payable on admission N20,000
• Payment must be made during the registration period.
• Late payment attracts N10, 000.
• Under no circumstance would fee defaulters be allowed to write the University examination.
