FG To Combat Boko Haram With 'Boko Halad'

LEADERSHIP can reveal that government has taken steps to set up a counter sect, Boko Halad.

Investigation from particularly the North East where the sect (Boko Haram) has continued to reign, reveal that government through influential religion and political leaders are mobilizing faithful who were sympathetic to government to form the Boko Halad.

Boko Halad, it was gathered, would work in direct opposition to Boko Haram.

“It will counter the ignorance and selfish interest of Boko Haram through reacting to issues raised by Boko Haram from time to time.

“They have swung into action and very soon you shall begin to feel their impact. We feel since the use of arms and persuasion have not helped matters, this is the only way we can counter this sect (Boko Haram) by setting up Boko Halad,”..~Leadership.
