A Real Estate Developer is currently recruiting the following position(s):

Job Title: General Manager (Real Estate Development/Management)

General Requirements:
•   Excellent leadership/Managerial skill; strategic planning skills; relationship management/Marketing skill; strong analytical decision making and conflict resolution skills; excellent cost control, budgeting and documentation skills; excellent interpersonal and communication skills; strong negotiation skills; Must be able to interact at senior levels in the industry and build long term relationship with clients, targets and other intermediaries.

Qualifications/ Requirements:
•   Minimum of first degree with 2nd Class Upper in Estate Management or any the Business disciplines.
•   Possession of a professional qualification in estate management or accountancy plus an MBA will be an added advantage.
•   Ability to manage projects/transactions to a successful completion is essential.
•   8-10 years professional experience, with at least 3 years at managerial level.
•    Experience as a branch manager in a bank will be an added advantage.
