The Polytechnic Ibadan 2011/2012 HND and PGD Admission Forms on Sale

The Polytechnic Ibadan has announced sales of admission forms for its Higher National Diploma and Post – Graduate Diploma Programmes. Please read below more information about available programmes and admission requirements:

For programmes and their requirements for admission into full time higher national diploma and post-graduate diploma programmes for 2011/2012 academic session: The Polytechnic Ibadan.

METHOD OF APPLICATION

Applications into Higher National Diploma (HND) programme are obtainable on – line using www.polyibadan.edu.ng through purchase of scratch card of N5, 000 from any of the Banks listed below:

1. The Polybadan Microfinance Bank Ltd
2. Skye bank, the Polytechnic, Ibadan.
3. Skye bank, Iwo Road, Ibadan
4. Skye Bank, Challenge, Ibadan
5. Skye Bank, Eruwa
6. Skye Bank, Saki
7. Wema bank Plc, The polytechnic, Ibadan
8. Wema Bank Plc, Sango, Ibadan
9. Wema Bank Plc, Mokola, Ibadan
10. Wema Bank Plc, Olubadan, Ibadan

Each applicant is advised to collect a copy of the Basic Admission Requirement Booklet along with the scratch card from the Bank.

Entries must be made not later than 20th August, 2011.

INSTRUCTION ON HOW TO COMPLETE HND/PGD APPLICATION FORMS ONLINE

1. Applicant is to collect a copy of the Basic Admission Requirements Booklet along with the Scratch Card from the Bank.
2. Scratch the Card and reveal the Personal Identification Number (PIN) and take note of the SERIAL NUMBER at the base of
the Card. The card has to be new before you can use it.
3. Log on to the Polytechnic’s website at www.polyibadan.edu.ng.
4. Click on the ‘’Applicants for Admission menu’’ to select your class of Application. This takes you to the login page.
5. Supply your PIN code and the SERIAL NO at the base of your scratch card and click Login.
